187 (City of Worcester) Squadron

The ATC is open to all young men and women between the ages of 13 and 18. The maximun age of a cadet is 20. All are welcome to join no matter what your background or abilities.

The Squadron is open on Monday and Thursday nights which we call 'parade nights'

A Parade Night lasts from 19:00 to 21:30 and there is a break half way through and a canteen to buy drinks and snacks.

Prospective Cadets and their Parents are more than welcome to come along to a parade night to see what we do and have a chat with the Officer Commanding. The Squadron does operate an 'intake' system of 3 intakes each year in January, May and September so you may not be able to start attending straight away.

The Squadron Headquarters is located just off the main Droitwich Road opposite the junction with Checketts lane. Go through the entrance with large stone walls towards the Health Centre and its the first turning on your left.
